(More customer reviews)The collar was nice looking but my dog wore it for 10 min. before it was broken.The black plastic closure broke and my dog is only 35 lbs.However, I contacted the company and they said they would send me a new one without even sending the broken one back.I have not received it yet, but hope they will follow through.
