When I requested a 21' drop they sent me an 18' drop then told me the 21' weren't in stock. I agreed to wait but when I called two weeks after that they informed me it would be yet ANOTHER several weeks before I would receive it. I'm patient but the way I was spoken to by the employee taking the orders and customer service calls was very rude and not helpful at all. The manager of the company later called me asking if we could "fix" this but he was only interested in removing a bad review not actually helping ME the customer. Will never do business with this company again.
