(More customer reviews)It was received in a timely manner and apparently not damaged. However, it did not come in the Hunter box...it was loose. SO I don't know if this is a genuine Hunter replacement Hepa filter or not. It was made slightly different than my previous one. I don't know if they changed the product, or if this is not the genuine article. Would have preferred to get it in an actual Hunter-Hepa box so as to prove it's genuine quality.
2/23/2007-I purchased it this time from Amazon. It came in a Hunter box-looks and performs like a Hunter. And as usual. Amazon got it to me quickly.
