(More customer reviews)I recently purchased without previous knowledge of item, Amazon suggestion. Very easy to install, works great. Very handy features of delay shutting off exhaust without needing to leave light on or forgetting to come back later and shut the fan off. Price is reasonable for function, but the buttons are rubber and do not look like in photo. I would recommend this if you do not have separate for fan and light. Great idea for a product that the "average joe" can install.
